• Do not attempt to attack or access systems outside the designated lab environment.
• Do not exploit the platform for unauthorized access, data theft, or malicious activity.
• Do not share cheats, bypasses, or stolen solutions in a way that undermines the learning environment.
• Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it when required.

4. Content and Ownership

Content provided by the platform, including challenge materials, branding, design, and documentation, remains the property of Hack4Shell or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose platform content without permission.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting writeups, messages, challenge solutions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate the rights of others. We may remove content that appears abusive, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.

6. Moderation and Suspension

Hack4Shell may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or platform features when users violate these terms, abuse the system, or compromise the integrity of challenges or learning conditions.

7. No Warranty

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update, patch, or discontinue features without notice.
